Seamless Integration from Blueprint to Site Delivery

Transitioning from traditional materials to light gauge steel framing is straightforward. We work closely with your design team, architects, and builders to ensure a seamless workflow from initial file upload to final structural erection.

Light gauge steel offers an unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring structures are completely termite-proof, non-combustible, and perfectly straight. Unlike timber, steel will not warp, shrink, or twist over time, which drastically reduces long-term maintenance costs and expensive builder callbacks.

You simply upload your architectural concepts or detailed DWG/PDF drawings directly through our portal. Our engineering team imports your designs into specialized 3D modeling software to frame out your structure down to the millimeter, mapping out pre-punched service holes for your plumbers and electricians before manufacturing even begins.

Lead times vary depending on project scale and design complexity, but our automated CNC roll-forming lines allow us to manufacture high volumes rapidly. Frames are carefully bundled, labeled according to your site layout, and delivered via crane truck directly to your site layout for immediate assembly.

While the initial material cost of steel can sometimes be slightly different than timber depending on market fluctuations, steel framing saves significant money overall. Because our frames are manufactured with millimeter precision, on-site installation is much faster, reducing labor costs. Additionally, steel doesn't warp, twist, or shrink, completely eliminating costly post-construction callbacks to fix cracked plaster or sticking doors.

Absolutely. Light gauge steel has an incredible strength-to-weight ratio, allowing for much larger spans and complex architectural geometry without the need for heavy, expensive structural columns. Our engineering team uses advanced 3D modeling software to adapt almost any residential, commercial, or modular plan into a high-performance steel framework.

Working with our steel frames is incredibly easy for services. All our wall panels and roof trusses are manufactured with pre-punched, lined service holes. This allows electricians and plumbers to run cables and pipes through the framework rapidly without needing to drill or damage the structural integrity of the frames on-site.
